You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through this website subject to the exceptions under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. To cancel any item, you can e-mail, fax or write to us quoting your customer reference and order number. All original packaging must be returned. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of receipt of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense. If you want us to collect them we will deduct the cost from your refund. If the goods are received back in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely contented, you may return it within one year from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of the product, we will replace or refund it at your request subject to the following conditions: The product must be returned as delivered including all CDs, packaging and bonuses, and must be in unused condition.
